Submit your Program and Seating Chart
Arrival
- Please plan to arrive about 30 minutes before your warm-up time.
- Busses may unload at the reserved meters on Illinois St. on the north side of Krannert Center and to the west of the loading dock.
- Be careful not to block the parking ramp
- Busses should then move to allow the next school to arrive and unload.
- Idle busses may park in lot F23 (on Florida Ave, just west of Lincoln Ave) or lot B22 located on University Ave at Goodwin.
- Busses do not need a permit to park in either lot.
Photography
Professional photography will be provided by Brad Leeb. This will include a formal picture of your group on stage. More info will be sent after the clinic with details for students or parents to purchase photos.
Clinician Comments
Verbal comments from your two clinicians will be recorded and shared with each director by OmniStar. These are the comments from your performance; the clinics are not recorded.
Performance Recording
Your performance will be professionally recorded by our audio engineer and shared with each director after the clinic.
Departure
Be sure to check that you have your scores, instruments and any other belongings before you leave!
Tickets for Friday
Tickets for the Friday evening concert by the U of I Symphony Orchestra will be at the Will Call window at the Krannert Center Box Office. If you need to change your order let us know!
