Illinois Choral Conducting Symposium Academic Credit
Information for 2024, subject to change (updated 4/3/2024)
Academic graduate credit may be earned by successfully completing the workshop. Information about registration and related fees and tuition will be sent in response to requests made during the registration process.
The registration fee for the workshop ($600) is separate from any additional tuition and fees that result from registering for academic credit.
Course Number: MUS 499 CCS
Credits : 2 credit hours
Current University of Illinois students may sign up for 2 credit-hours. If you have an assistantship with a summer tuition waiver, you may use it for MUS 499 CCS, but you will still need to pay the workshop fee.
Non-degree seeking students (NDEG) may register for this program as a class for transcriptable credit (2 Credit-hours) for an additional fee. Start Here to begin the process of applying for admission as a non-degree seeking student.
(Note: the Health Insurance Fee may be waived, but not the other fees.)
For any of these options, please indicate your interest in the registration form and you will be contacted with further instructions. Indicating your intent on the workshop application is not a firm commitment and will not automatically enroll you for academic credit.
The cost of academic credit is not included in the symposium registration fee.
