Joining the Quartet is acclaimed pianist Bernadette Harvey, celebrated for her virtuosic command, interpretive depth, and bold championing of contemporary music. A frequent collaborator with renowned ensembles including the Tokyo, Dover, and Shanghai Quartets, Harvey brings a dynamic presence to chamber music stages around the world. She premiered and recorded Pierre Jalbert’s Piano Quintet with the Jupiter Quartet in 2019, a testament to their musical synergy. A passionate advocate for new work and a recipient of Australia’s Centenary Medal, Harvey infuses each performance with both technical brilliance and profound emotional resonance. This collaboration promises a program rich in connection, exploration, and expressive power.
