Kate Lambaria

Bio

Kate Lambaria joined the Music and Performing Arts Library at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2017. Her duties include managing reference and research services in the Library; providing library instruction for music, dance, and theatre courses; developing the Library’s monograph collections; maintaining the Library’s web presence; and supervising graduate assistants.

Her research interests include music reference services and the role libraries play in the preservation and sharing of performance. Prior to joining Illinois, she was Fine Arts Librarian at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (2015-2017).
