Instructions for student recital programs and ensemble concert programs.

Programs for Student Recitals

Printed on single sheet recital paper, 8.5″ x 11.” All student degree or required recitals are expected to be printed on official recital paper according to the template below. Non-degree recitals may use this format, but this is not required.

Note: these are templates, the presenter is responsible for preparing their program according to these templates to be ready to print. The School of Music does not provide editing or proofreading services.

Email your program to for printing. You will be notified when your programs are ready to be picked up.

Master Classes and Recital Programs for Faculty, Guests, and Studios

Submit program content in basic word format to at least three weeks prior to the performance.

Alternately, you may use the Faculty/Guest/Studio recital template.

Be sure to include your program, personnel and any bios and/or program notes that will fit on a single sheet.

Texts and translations for sung works can be submitted as a separate document.

Concert Programs

For large ensembles and other major performances, including most events in KCPA. Folding program booklet with pre-printed cover, 7″ x 8.5″ finished size,

  1. Three (3) weeks prior to your concert, submit program info to the Event Submission Form.
  2. We will set the program and send you a PDF for review.
  3. Edits, changes and updates may be emailed to No need to use the form twice.
  4. Once printed, programs that take place in Krannert Center are delivered there. All other programs must be picked up from the Reception Desk.
