About Miranda Molina
Miranda C. Molina is the Facilities Coordinator at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Before working in Music Facilities and Operations, she worked as the Administrative Assistant for Kagan and Gaines Music Co., Inc. in Forest Park, IL, and private music teacher for Musical Expressions in Naperville, IL.
In addition to her position in music facilities, Miranda is the conductor of the Central Illinois Youth Chorus Concert Choir here in Champaign. There, Miranda works with 3rd–6th graders on singing technique and vocal development. Her overall mission is to meet every musician at their education level and progress their knowledge by using their musical interests to keep them engaged. Additionally, Miranda is a Golden Apple Scholar for the state of Illinois. You can see her performing around the Urbana-Champaign area in the University of Illinois Oratorio Society, Summer Band, and as the soprano section leader at the First United Methodist Church of Champaign.
Miranda is a proud alumna of the University of Illinois School of Music where she earned her Bachelor of Music Education with a focus in choral and instrumental education.
