Once you are accepted, full payment is required by May 1 to confirm your attendance.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation requests received after May 15 will receive only half of amount paid.
A private lesson with Prof. Yeung may be scheduled after choosing this option in the registration form.
$100 for one hour.
Lessons are scheduled either the day before ISHC (usually Wednesday) or the day after (Sunday) at a mutually agreed time.
A limited number of university owned pedal harps are available for rental during ISHC for participants.
$39 for the three days.
Two forms of pre-paid parking are offered.
- For those choosing the dorm option for housing, you may purchase conference parking at the front desk upon check-in. With Conference Parking there is no charge on weekends.
- For those staying elsewhere, you may pre-order day meter permits for Thursday and Friday.
Parking is free inside the Krannert Center parking deck in the evenings and on weekends.
Room and Board
Is not included in the registration fee. Click the menu link at right for several options. A reception with light fare after the final concert is included in the registration.
One parent may audit ISHC free of charge. Additional guests may audit at the rate of $40 per day.
Private Harp Storage
There is no charge to keep your personal harp on campus during ISHC, but you must indicate this request on the application form and have a key deposit form on file.
All performances are admission free and open to the public.
